Clause 1 — Definitions

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the royal771 website accessible at https://royal771.onl and any related mobile applications.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the services provided.
• "Account" refers to the personal account opened by a player on the royal771 platform.
• "Funds" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) or accepted cryptocurrency.
• "Services" refers to all betting products including online slots, live casino, sports betting, online poker and arcade games.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, promotional offers or rewards credited into a player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Clause 2 — Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in or using any royal771 service, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Clause 3 — Account Registration

Players bear full responsibility for all activities that occur in their account, including any transactions carried out by third parties who gain access to the account due to the player's own negligence.

Clause 4 — Deposits and Withdrawals

The royal771 platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the method chosen. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however large transactions may be subject to additional review before being credited.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is received and approved by the finance team.

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be personally owned by the registered player. The use of third-party accounts for deposit or withdrawal purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the account is undergoing a security review.
• royal771 does not cover any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
• Cryptocurrency is processed based on the current exchange rate at the time the transaction is made.

Clause 5 — Bonuses and Promotions

royal771 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members. All offers are subject to the terms and limits set and may change at the management's discretion.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement that must be met is 15 times the bonus value received — the bonus funds must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example bonus wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM888 → account balance RM2,488 → wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

VIP and Cashback Programme: Active members are eligible to join the royal771 VIP programme, which consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Eligibility for tier advancement is determined based on the player's betting activity during the current period.

royal771 reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus given if there are signs of promotion abuse, hedge betting or a general breach of terms.

Clause 6 — Acceptable Player Conduct

Players are required to use the royal771 platform honestly, responsibly and in the spirit of fair play. The following are strictly prohibited:

• The use of bot software, automation scripts or any technical tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or table games.
• Exploiting any technical errors or system inconsistencies for personal gain.
• Making deposits using unauthorised payment methods or financial accounts that do not belong to the player.
• Spreading content containing defamation, threats or harassment directed at other players or support staff.
• Any attempt to launder money through deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.

A breach of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the account balance and a report to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Clause 7 — Platform Liability Limits

royal771 provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always operate without interruption, be secure or be free from technical errors at all times.

The platform will not be liable for any financial losses, indirect losses, consequential losses or losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Technical failures originating from third-party service providers including internet service providers and payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in keeping their password confidential.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of services in a particular jurisdiction.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of royal771 to any player is limited to the value of the most recent deposit made by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Clause 8 — Account Suspension and Closure

royal771 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Request by the player to close the account for personal reasons.
• Compliance with instructions from the relevant authorities.

If an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of terms has occurred, the real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the same payment method as the last deposit, within a reasonable period.
